Excursion To Chittorgarh Fort at WIS,Bhilwara(27.09.14)
Going on an Educational Tour means more than simply leaving the school grounds. Educational Tours always have a major educational element, but the impact of Educational Tours can extend much further. The importance of Educational Tours includes giving students the chance to build closer bonds with their classmates, experience new environments and enjoy a day away from the classroom.
The primary objective and intent of WIS Bhilwara is to awaken intelligence in the educator and the student. Although we do not have a blueprint of how to awaken this intelligence, we do know that one of the important factors required is an attentive state of mind. We also know that this attentive state of mind cannot be forced, ordered or planned. It can come into being under certain conditions—when fear is absent, when there is the joy of discovery, when the mind has a quality of quietness and is not preoccupied with achieving an objective or end.
So excursion has to be kept in the forefront of all activities in the school.
Students of grade I to III went to Chittorgarh Fort, the epitome of Rajput pride, romance and spirit on Saturday,27 September,2014. Students visited Kirti Stambh (the tower of fame), Vijay Stambh(the tower of victory), Rani Padmini Mahal and Kalika Mata Temple. Students also visited the government museum which has the collection of objects of Stone Age.
This day has been INCREDIBLE with new experiences round every corner.
Students had such a good day and enjoyed it so much and learned loads! They have made lots of new friends. All in all this trip has made them more independent.

From 10 a.m. to 12 noon, the day was solely for Wittians
to enjoy their Navratri. Dandiya which is a traditional Indian folk dance
for men and women was celebrated in great style at Witty International School,

feet to the fervent beats of garba and dandiya wishing that Goddess Durga bestows on all of them

explore different dance steps along with the teachers.
