Fancy Dress (Playgroup) on 26.11.2015, WIS, Bhilwara


 The sparkling stars  of playgroup enjoyed the fancy dress.The classroom was decorated as an ocean with blue colour and teacher were also in blue coloured clothes. The kids came dressed as  marine animals such as fish, starfish, shark, octopus, frog, crocodile and turtle. The kids did the dance on ocean sound. Through this activity , the little ones of Playgroup learnt to recognize marine animals.

Jr. KG celebrated Show and Tell activity at Witty World


Lady bugs and butterflies, 
Buzzing bees up in the sky. 
Teeny, tiny little ants, 
Crawling up and down the plants 
Many insects can be found 
In the sky and on the ground

Show and tell is a fun and interesting way to develop a child’s listening and speaking skills. It is also a whole-class sharing activity which again encourages social skills of the child.

As a recap activity for the month’s theme of ‘Creepy Crawlies’ the children of Jr.KG section were asked to bring their favorite insect toy on Tuesday, 24 November 2015 as a part of “Show and tell” activity.

Children confidently described the features of their favorite insect and sang rhymes for the same.It was indeed a fun and interactive way of reinforcing the concept.







Guru Nanak Jayanti Celebrated at WIS, Bhilwara (24.11.15)

Gurpurab also known as Guru Nanak's Prakash Utsav and Guru Nanak Jayanti, celebrates the birth of the first Sikh Guru, Guru Nanak. Today students of Grade – II A presented a special assembly on Guru Nanak Jayanti. Students chanted the main Mantra ‘Ik Onkar…..which is the symbol of unity of God in Sikhs. They also shared information of such an auspicious day. Some students recited a beautiful poem “ Guru Nanak is in the Stars & Skies “, which was appreciated by everyone.

Diwali celebration at Witty World


Diwali the 'festival of lights' the spiritual take is 'the awareness of the inner light'. The celebration is "Victory of good over evil". It refers to the light of higher knowledge dispelling all ignorance.
Friday, 6th November, 2015, Witty World celebrated Diwali in a very unique and fun manner. The school was decorated with colorful lanterns, the walls adorned with glittering diyas. There was a festive feel in the air, as teachers eagerly welcomed  the children who had come dressed  in their party best!! The ECCED trainee teachers at Witty World presented a small story  on why Diwali is celebrated and teachers explained  how the noisy and dangerous crackers affects nature during Diwali. At the end of the show, children took an oath to celebrate Diwali and have fun without causing harm to nature. It was Edutainment at it’s best!!
No party is complete without music and dance, and so the Auditorium at Witty World was witness to joyful singing and dancing by the children & ECCED trainee teachers.

Fancy Dress (Jr Kg) on 20.11.2015, Wksn, Bhilwara


The little creepy crawlies of Witty Kids Shastri Nagar, Bhilwara came dressed as insects like lady bug, butterfly, caterpillar,  grasshopper, cockroach, spider,  honey bee
 etc for the fancy dress party on November 20' 2015. Children came on the stage and introduced themselves. A few children recited rhymes and told about the basic features related to their character.  They enjoyed this activity a lot. Every participant was awarded the appreciaion certificate.

Introduction Of The Train (Nursery) on 17.11.2015, WKSN, Bhilwara


The little wittians of Nursery, Witty Kids Shastri Nagar Bhilwara were introduced to the land transport 'Train' on Tuesday November 17' 2015. Teacher created Railway Station scene .Children participated as passengers, porters, guard and ticket collector . Children came to know about various features of train. Children enjoyed making train on worksheet . They stuck engine and boggies, made wheels of train by dabbing potato and made tracks  with ice cream sticks and tooth picks.Children enjoyed sitting in the train standing on the way bridge and watching the train go down through the bridge .

Dramatization At The Beach (Playgroup) on 17.11.2015, WIS, Bhilwara


Beach a pebbly or sandy shore is a landform along the coast of  an ocean  , sea , lake or river. The sparkling stars of Playgroup enjoyed the dramatization -At the beach on Tuesday, 17th, November, 2015..The kids enjoyed the sand play and they also played with the sand toys. The kids learnt that  they should wear sunglasses when they go at the beach, so their eyes remain safe from harmful rays of sun.. The kids made the beach mural on a white sheet, they did finger painting on it to make waves with the help of blue colour , then they sprinkled glitter to make sand and made fishes with thumb painting. Through this activity, they could recognize beach.

SPARKLE - A Talent Hunt, Primary Section, WIS, Pawan Baug


SPARKLE – A Talent Hunt

It is our constant endeavour to encourage children to think creatively and bring out the best in them. Witty International School, Pawan Baug organized SPARKLE – A Talent Hunt for the students of Primary Section (Grade I - IV) on Friday, 6th November, 2015. Students got a platform to show off their natural ability and creative talent.
All the students came in party dress and participated enthusiastically in their respective event categories like Twist and Turn, Spice It Up, Dare Your Talent, Destination Search and Click, Drag and Paint, Melodious Wittians and Look Alike. Origami was a compulsory category for all the students. Maximum participation was observed in Spice It Up where students displayed young culinary talent by making healthy bhels and sandwiches.
Students were very well prepared and confident to face the judges while displaying the uniqueness possessed by them. The judges enjoyed seeing the innovation and spirit of the participants and had a tough time in selecting the winners in each category.

The event concluded gracefully with lots of fun and enjoyment. Snacks were served to the students. The event helped students to develop their skills like self confidence, leadership, responsibility, cooperation and understanding. All the students were given participation certificates for their enrollment in various events and the winners in each category will be awarded with commendation certificates. The day ended well by dancing on the music beats and with loud greetings of ‘HAPPY DIWALI’.
