Little Wittians of Witty World, Shastri Nagar Bhilwara class Playgroup enthusiastically participated in   Show and Tell Activity based on Marine creature .On Wednesday, October 28, 2018. Children brought different marine animal’s toys & play cards from their home and spoke about it. Children were exited to talk about Marine Creatures .Teacher and children recited rhymes together .It was a practical way of learning for kids.

Visit to Car Showroom by Nursery kids of Witty World, Bhilwara 2018-19

A field trip for the children of Nursery was conducted on November 27^th, 2018. Children were taken to Hyundai Car Showroom. This trip was planned as per the need of theme of the month and for the better understanding of the concept of the cars by the children.

The staff of Hyundai car showroom warmly welcomed the little wonders and made the children very comfortable. Children always understand things when it is actually shown to them in a fun way and there is curiosity to know about new things. Practical learning has a very strong impact on children as the concept is imbibed within their minds. Children were explained and shown the different parts of the cars. Children enjoyed the trip and were very happy.

Dramatic play at the beach was held on Tuesday, 13^th November 2018 at Witty World, Shastri Nagar Bhilwara for the kids of Playgroup. The concept of beach was explained to the little Wittians through play way method. If we cannot take them to the beach, lets create a beach inside the school premises with this thought teachers decorated the classrooms and children brought their favourite hats and sunglasses to give it a real and fun look. They enjoyed playing with the sand toys in the sand pit. It was a fun loving experience for kids.

There are many ways to educate a child. School field trip is one such effective educational activity for kids that helps facilitate fast and efficient learning. On 30th Nov. 2018, little toddlers of PG to Jr.KG at Witty International School, Udaipur were taken to a two wheeler showroom to provide them with real world experience. The kids were amazed to see different types of vehicles and their features. The teachers and the team members of the showroom explained them about the features and their uses like as it has two wheels, headlight, importance of wearing a helmet, use of horn and signals.

The kids were made to sit on scooters and bikes to create a connection between the classroom learning and real world.

The visit to the showroom exposed them to a new environment. Children were really happy to learn about these facts and it was a loving trip for them.

World Pollution Prevention Day at WIS, Udaipur

‘Stopping Pollution is the Best Solution’

Wittians of Grade VI and VII participated in World Pollution Prevention Day through a Profile Making Competition on the topic ‘The Most Wanted Pollutant’.

Pollution is a major problem that India is not only facing, but the whole world is battling with it. It is the key to save our planet’s resources and moving towards sustainability. The main objective of the competition is to make Wittians aware about the environment and to generate ideas and plans to control pollution.

Grade II students visited Gurudwara and Church (29.11.18)

As a part of our school curriculum, the students of Grade II were taken on a field trip to the places of worship on November 29, 2018. The purpose of this visit was to give them an insight of the different religions followed in India and the worship places. This visit made the students aware of the various customs and traditions practiced in different worship places like Church and Gurudwara.

This field trip not only exposed students to various places of worship but also gave an opportunity to experience the demonstration of spiritual expression of other faith communities.

It was a memorable visit for the students.

Rhyme Enactment Activity at WIS, Udaipur

Three Little Kittens
“Three little kittens, they lost their mittens
And they began to cry
Oh, mother dear, we sadly fear our mittens
We have lost!
What! Lost your mittens, you naughty kittens!
Then you shall have no pie.”
Nursery rhymes are important for young children because they help develop an ear for our language. Both rhyme and rhythm help kids hear the sounds and syllables in words, which helps kids learn to read!
On 29th November, 2018 little wittians of Nursery class at Witty International School, Udaipur came beautifully dressed up as kitten, mumma cat and mouse for the rhyme enactment of “Three Little Kittens”. They enjoyed being in the characters they came dressed as.
Class was decorated with cutouts of cat, kittens, mittens, pie and mouse. They enthusiastically enacted the rhyme with their peers. It was a fun loving experience for children.

The ocean is where life started. Fishes are some of the most interesting and varying types of animals in the animal kingdom.

On Thursday, 29th November, 2018 little Wittians of Playgroup at Witty International School, Udaipur enjoyed Show and Tell activity based on the theme Marine animals.

The classroom corner was decorated with the theme of ocean life including lots of fishes and sea creatures.

They enjoyed discussing about the marine life and animals. They were told about different types of fishes, where do they live, what they eat, how they swim etc.

They brought their favorite fish toy and placard and spoke few lines about the same.

It was a fun-frolic day for the little toddlers.
