This major festival of Deepawali was celebrated with great enthusiasm in the school on 8th November, 2012. It was a complete fun filled day. The day began with a special assembly, where students took oath of not burning crackers. Various competitions and activities were arranged for the students in which they took part with great spirit. The festive mood emerged when the students of Grade I & II decorated Diyas and Grade III decorated Puja Thali in a very traditional way. The ground was decorated with lovely Rangoli's made by the students of Grade IV to VI.
Mr. Akin Choudhary viewed all the decorations and said even Goddess Laxmi cannot resist such a beautiful welcome. She will definitely shower the choicest blessings on the children. Principal Mrs. Sadhna Mishra appreciated the creativity of the children and wished them a Happy and Prosperous Deepawali.
