The international youth day celebrated on 12th
August each year, was established by the United Nations in 2000 as means of raising awareness of issues affecting young people around the world.
International youth day was celebrated in the morning assembly with great enthusiasm. The theme for the year 2013. "Youth Migration" was discussed in the assembly. Students of grade VII recited a wonderful poem on Days of youth.
