JANMASHTAMI
Janmashtami
is a Hindu festival celebrating the birth of Lord Krishna. Students of Primary Section
celebrated the festival of Janmashtami on 19th August, 2014 with
great joy and fervor. They came dressed in colourful traditional attire. Teachers
narrated the story of Lord Krishna’s birth to the students. The importance and
significance of this day was discussed with them.
All
the students of Grade I to IV participated in earthen pot decoration as a part
of Enrichment Hour activity. This activity helped the students to exhibit their
creativity.
