Witty Kids
celebrated Grandparent’s day on Saturday, 6th August, 2016. The event
was a celebration of the strong and special bond that is shared by a
grandparent and grandchild.
Witty
International School believes in taking unique initiatives and celebrating
special days with an innovative and meaningful approach.
This year Witty Kids organized a “Dress me
up’’ with grandparents and the theme was National Leaders, in keeping with the
theme of the year, MAKE IN INDIA.
Children were
pleasantly surprised to see the entire school decked up with Tri coloured
balloons, the walls adorned with tri coloured flowers, and flags with palm
printing done by the little Wittians.
The program induced a
lot of excitement and laughter amongst all. It was really amazing to see kids and
Grandparents dressed up according to the theme. The mini
auditorium at Witty World resonated with these little voices, as they recited appropriate
lines.
The amazing efforts taken by the grandparents were commendable. It
was also a wonderful way of celebrating India’s 70th Independence
Day.
