The present of the nation stands on the
foundation that has been laid on the lives of the freedom fighters. These martyrs sacrificed their lives to ensure that the future
generation gets the freedom from the chains of slavery.
The students of Witty International School,
Atun Road, Bhilwara observed Martyrs’ Day to pay homage to the freedom fighters on Wednesday, January
30,2019.
A special assembly was presented in which the
Students of Grade VI B delivered speeches and poems highlighting the significance of the day. Students of Grade VIII
presented a skit based on the life story of Gandhiji and a short movie based on
the concept of Ahimsa was shown to the students. Everyone in the school campus
observed silence of 2 minutes to pay tribute to the father of the nation-
Mahatma Gandhi.
