Vivid hues taint the sky as India
ushers in the season of spring with the kaleidoscopic festival of Holi. The
vibrant festival is known by a variety of names depending on which region you
care to visit. From Rangpanchami in
Maharashtra to Lathimaar Holi in Mathura,
Holi is a festival one must experience.
Well, skipping all the technical
details, another word for holi is fun, and this fun filled festival of Holi was
celebrated by the Students of WIS Atun Road,Bhilwara with gaiety and joy on Friday, March 15,2019 as it was the last working day for the students.
Students of Grade I & II presented a special assembly on this day. They
recited poems, sang melodious group song, presented a foot tapping dance to
highlight the significance of the festival. Students also presented a skit to
emphasize the do’s and don’t’s of playing holi.
At the end Principal Ma’am conveyed her greetings and also gave few
important tips of playing safe and enjoyable Holi.
