Yoga has been part of our curriculum since the inception,it becomes a disciplined method for students to improve concentration for attainment of goals. Apart from the spiritual goals, such kind of sessions helps the students to alleviate health problems and reduce stress. Young Wittians of Grade I-V (CBSE and CAIE) practiced Yoga and Meditation Session in the school premises. Session began with basic breathing exercises followed by various asanas. It was an overall workout of the mind and body giving the students an understanding of the self.
