Witty
International School always encourages children to become independent
and self confident. We always try to provide our children with a wide
exposure to academic as well as non academic learning – class
activities, cultural activities, literary activities, games and sports,
field trips and excursions, and much more. Keeping
in tune with our mission to groom our children into independent and
self confident individuals, Witty International School, Pawan Baug(M),
introduced a Martial Art camp (Karate) that provides self defense as a compulsory education for students.
The
purpose of introducing Karate is multifaceted. Through the art of self
defense, students acquire a variety of skills which are not always
available through routine physical education. In addition to building
strength, coordination and balance, Martial Arts instill
self-confidence, patience, and self discipline. It was a learning experience which will help to nurture their little minds, and bodies.
