"Field Trip to Rajiv Gandhi Garden" Nursery Section (2014-15) WIS, Malad

Field trips are not only lots of fun but also a valuable learning experience for the young children. So to know the beauty of the nature, little buds of Nursery section of WIS were taken to 'Rajiv Gandhi Garden' on Friday, 27 February 2015. Children were taken in the school bus where they enjoyed singing rhymes along with the teachers. They were thrilled to have an opportunity to explore nature, they saw different flowers and trees with different colour leaves on it. Later they enjoyed playing on slides, swings, balancing bars and merry-go-round. They were very happy to experience nature so closely along with their friends and their teachers. It helped children to build background knowledge and vocabulary that are important for success in school.

Farewell Ceremony For Grade -12th at WIS, Udaipur

“Every new beginning comes from some other beginning`s end”

Outgoing students of Witty International School, Udaipur celebrated their farewell ceremony. Senior staff members welcomed all the outgoing students. The programme commenced with the lighting of lamp by the Director Mrs. Preeti Sogani. A cultural programme comprising of song, dance, skit was presented by Grade XI students. To keep the memory of alma mater alive, mementos and group photographs were presented to the students. 

Show and Tell Activity (Nest) at WIS, Udaipur

Among the trees,

Is a bird’s nest

And in the nest

Her three eggs rest

And in each egg

Hush you’ll be heard

There lies asleep,

A tiny bird.

Children of Jr.KG were introduced to Nest. They brought a nest of twigs and grass prepared by them with their parents help. They spoke few lines about the same. 

Fieldtrip to Garden by Nursery (2014-15) – Witty World

Mary, Mary, quite contrary,

How does your garden grow?

With silver bells and cockle shells,

And pretty maids all in a row

The Children of Witty World, went for their Field Trip on 27th February, 2015 to The Balwa's Garden. They were excited to see the Flowers in the garden and took pride in identifying the ones that they were taught about in class. They also enjoyed playing various games and singing along with their friends. The children had a great time as they learned, played and had fun.

Gardener Visit At WIS,Udaipur

I know a Gardening man who knows red roses and catches the caterpillars By their noses .He lifts up the beetles,that eat his carrots ,and takes them to the zoo to feed the parrots.On Friday 27 February 2015 Children were introduced to Plants. Gardener visited the little Wittians of PG and he explained that Gardening is the practice of growing and cultivating plants. Children enjoyed sowing and watering seeds in the pot. 

Visit To A Garden At WIS, Udaipur

We have a little Garden, a Garden of our own, and every day we water there , the seeds that we have sown, we have our little Garden, and tend it with such care, you will not find a faded leaf or blighted blossom there. On Thursday children of Playgroup  have visited to the school Garden for their field trip. They were shown various flowers and plants in the Garden.

Black and White Day By Playgroup at WIS, Udaipur

The Night sky is Dark & Black,

 To naughty children mummy gives a smack.

The milk we drink is ever so white,

 Little children should never fight.

Adding white to black we get grey,

Every day to god we should pray.

On Wednesday 25^th February 2015, children of Playgroup came dressed in Black & White. The class was decorated in Black and White objects and Balloons. They revised the concept and discussed about the Black & White things they see or they have.

Black is the colour of my hair,

White is the colour of my teeth,

Black is the colour of crow,

White is the colour of dove,

And Black and White is the colour of zebra....     

On Tuesday, 24 February 2015  the little Wittians of Playgroup section at Witty International School celebrated "Black and White day" as the theme of the month is Day and Night. Teachers and children came dressed in Black and  White colour clothes. The class was decorated with black and white colour flash cards.  Children did the Zebra worksheet as an art activity and played a game.  They really enjoyed and had great fun!!!

Rhyme Enactment Of The Queen Of Hearts By Nursery at WIS, Udaipur

On Tuesday 24^th February, 2015 Children of Nursery came dressed as King, Queen and Knave for the enactment of Rhyme the Queen of Hearts. They did the dramatization and enjoyed being in the character. Overall, they enjoyed the activity and had fun in reciting the rhyme.
