Janmashtami Celebration by Pre-Primary Section 21-22, Witty World, Goregaon East

Krishna Janmashtami, also known simply as ‘Janmashtami’ or ‘Gokulashtami’ marks the birth of Lord Krishna. Janmashtami festival was celebrated at Witty World for the Pre Primary section

on Monday, 30th August 2021.

 Children came dressed in their traditional best. As a part of the celebration, a skit was performed by the teachers. Children were shown a video on the breaking of the traditional “Dahi Handi”. The children also danced to the tunes of some of their favourite songs. It was a day filled with lots of fun and dance.

Remarkable Achievement in SOF at WIS, Udaipur

Witty International School,Udaipur congratulates Wittian Prasouk Jain of Grade Vll for his remarkable achievement in SOF. He has been awarded with SOF Academic Excellence Scholarship and Trophy 2019- 20 for being one of the best.

Sanskrit Bharti Inter School Competition at WIS, Udaipur

 Sanskrit Bharati, Udaipur organised shlok based painting competition, Sanskrit shlok competition and Sanskrit song competition on the occasion of Sanskrit day to bring Sanskrit to the people. Students from Witty International School, Udaipur from class sixth to eighth participated with great enthusiasm in these competitions. Gathin Patel of Class-6 got second place in Shlok based painting competition, Manan Gemawat of Class-got second place in Sanskrit Shlok competition and Shambhavi Sinha of Class- 8 got third place in Sanskskrit song competition. Made the name of the school proud.

Bastille Day Celebration by Primary Section (IGCSE) at Witty International School Pawan Baug (2021-22)

 

Witty International School, PB, Primary Section recently celebrated the French National Day with great pomp and splendour. The celebrations commenced a few days prior from Monday, 12^th July 2021 to Wednesday, 14^th July 2021. A plethora of activities were conducted for the students of Grade 1 to 5 to give them an exposure to French culture and language.

Students sketched The Eiffel Tower and created artistic coffee paintings of the tower and also had a jovial time using the French flag colours in their art work. Students of Grade 5 enthusiastically acted as facilitators to enlighten other grade students with French language – greetings, salutations, numbers, and much more.

Wittians had a beatific smile as they enjoyed a 360° Virtual Tour to France and the Paris Disneyland, with a taste of French cuisine along with a fusion of French dance. The students truly had a whale of a time during the French Day Celebration.
