Eid and Raksha bandhan celebration at WIS, Udaipur by the students of Grades: I- V CAIE


 The principles of peaceful co-existence, tolerance, cooperation, mutual trust and respect towards each other have unified India.

To imbibe the sense of oneness and make the Wittians aware of the perfectly assimilated culture of India, a Special Virtual Assembly based on the theme ‘Unity in Diversity,’ was organized for the students of Grades: I- V Cambridge on Friday, 31st July, 2020.
The assembly was a perfect blend of Unity in diversity as the students celebrated the festivals of Eid and Raksha bandhan with fun and gaiety. It acquainted them with the glorious heritage, culture and traditions.
Students made a wind chime resonating the virtues of brotherhood and unified nation. The enthusiastic approach of the Wittians helped them to not only learn a great deal about the rich Indian culture and heritage but they also understood the unity spread across the communities within the country .


Eid, Friendship Day and Raksha Bandhan Celebration at Witty International School and Witty World by Pre-Primary Section.


The greatness of a culture can be found in its festivals.

On Friday, 31st July, 2020 tiny tots of Witty World, Udaipur celebrated Eid, Friendship Day and Rakhsha Bandhan virtually.

Teachers and children came dressed in festive attire for the celebration. They were explained that Eid is the festival of forgiveness celebrated by Muslims. Friendship Day is celebrated on the first Sunday of August to cherish the bond between friends and we tie Friendship band on our friend's wrist. 

On Rakhsha Bandhan, Sisters tie Rakhi on their brother's wrist and the brother promises to take care of his sister.

Wittians participated in a welcome dance,  they enjoyed card and envelope making activity.

Overall it was a fun-filled day for our little ones.




Friendship Day celebration at WIS, Udaipur by Grade - VI to XII (CBSE and CAIE)


“A real friend is one who walks in when the rest of the world walks out.”
Witty International School, Udaipur celebrated the sanctity of 'Friendship Day', by conducting an interactive Online Life Skills Session for the students of Grade Vl to Xll (CBSE and CAIE) on 31st July ,2020.
Poignant examples depicting the unconditional bond, of Lord Krishna and Sudama was shared with the students. Countless attributes and qualities of a true friend were recorded during the online session.
The students voiced their hearts out, quoting endless anecdotes and examples of the pious bond.

The session was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone as they vowed to cherish the bond forever.

Kargil Vijay Diwas celebration at WIS, Udaipur

To commemorate the supreme sacrifices of our soldiers and their exemplary courage in the Kargil war a Special Assembly was organised on Monday, 27th July, 2020.
This day known as Kargil Vijay Diwas is a day of reckoning the selfless service of The Indian Armed Forces towards our motherland. A documentary based on Operation Vijay made the students aware of this important day and the Heroes of this mission. Wittians were filled with admiration for The Indian Armed Forces and the feeling of Nationalism brimmed everyone's heart.

Parents Day celebration at WIS and Witty World, Udaipur


 "One of the greatest titles in the world is that of Parents. And one of the biggest blessing in the world is to have parents who are addressed as Mom and Dad".

Wittians of Sr.KG & Jr KG of Witty International School, Udaipur celebrated "International Parent's Day" virtually on Saturday, 25th July, 2020.
Children enjoyed sticking their parent's photos on the palm cutouts which they had made using chart paper. It was then followed by a wonderful game and dance. The little ones celebrated this beautiful day with loads of love, hugs and kisses along with their parents and expressed their deep gratitude with great joy.

Navratri Celebration by Primary Section WIS Pawan Baug




Navratri is a nine-day festival in honour of the nine manifestations of Goddess Durga. The Navratri Celebration was held at Witty International School, Pawan Baug with amazing zeal and enthusiasm on 19th October, 2015. Primary students came dressed in traditional Garba and Dandiya attire which was a spectacular visual treat for everyone to see.

The entire lobby area echoed with traditional music when the students danced on the foot tapping numbers. Children’s joy knew no bounds when the teachers joined in and played Garba with them. The positivity and energy exuberating out of the colourful costumes combined with the enthusiasm of dancing to the folk songs made the entire day extremely enjoyable and fun-filled. The students went back thrilled to revel in the festive season at home too.

We wish all our students and their loved ones a very Happy and Prosperous Festive Season!

Gandhi Jayanti Celebration by Primary Section, WIS Pawan Baug


Gandhi Jayanti is celebrated by the entire Indian nation to commemorate the birth anniversary of the Father of our Nation – Mahatma Gandhi. Wittians celebrated Bapu’s birthday in the Sparkle Auditorium of Witty International School, Pawan Baug on 1st October, 2015, a day prior, with great zeal, enthusiasm and patriotism.
The programme began with a special tribute to Gandhiji. Students of Grade I and II shared anecdotes from Gandhiji’s life. Students were given an account of how he led our nation in the fight for freedom and sacrificed his life for social equality. The Salt Act, Dandi March, Swadeshi Movement,  and Simon - Go Back were brought to light on stage.  Students were given a deep insight into the life and times of Mahatma Gandhi and encouraged to think about the sacrifice of our freedom fighters, analyze the importance and understand the value of freedom. Selected students from Grade III and IV came dressed in khadi and cotton kurta pyjamas as a mark of Bapu’s love for khadi clothes and the nation. Students of Grade IV came up with a medley of Bapu’s favourite songs such as Vaishnav Jan toh.

The excitement and confidence of the students was evident on the stage which provided a platform to showcase their talents.

Janmashtami Celebration (WIS - Pawan Baug, Primary Section)




Primary Section of Witty International School, Pawan Baug celebrated Janmashtami on Friday, 4th September, 2015.

The students of Grade II and IV presented a skit on the birth of Lord Krishna and the traditional classic tale of his youthful days. They enacted the roles of Lord Krishna, Kansa and Gopis. Sri Krishna as Nathkhat Bansi and Makhan Chor enthralled everyone in the audience. 

This event brought awareness among the children about traditional customs while enjoying the pranks of Lord Krishna. Students also learnt the teachings for humanity as Lord Krishna always emphasized on justice and truth and fought against evil.

Students were at their best, wearing traditional attire to celebrate the day with gaiety. The little kanhaiyas and gopis danced to the scintillating tunes of Govinda Ala Re and other devotional songs. Fun and frolic marked the occasion.

Jingle Bells, Jingle Bells Jingle all the way
Here comes the children's favourite Santa Claus in Witty International School, Sukher, as Wittians celebrated the much awaited festival of Christmas and also welcomed New Year with enthusiasm and zeal.
Santa's gifts, chocolates, Christmas cards, little fairies, sparkling Christmas tree, New Year's resolution and students dressed in red and white were today's attraction.
Students narrated the story of the birth of Jesus Christ the Saviour, through a beautifully enacted play. The choir 'Joy to the world', expressed everyone's feelings of joy and happiness.
An exciting and fun filled dance was performed by the students to show the festive mood.

Wishing a harmonious Eid Mubarak,WIS UDAIPUR







Pre Primary Children celebrated Eid on Friday 17th August with great fervor and gaiety. All the children enjoyed eating sewain got by them during their tiffin time. The teachers told them what is Eid and why do we celebrate it.
The children enjoyed the activity of making a card and writing “Happy Eid” on it. They embraced, exchanged cards and wished each other “Eid Mubarak” on the occasion of Eid and spread the message of love and peace.
