Parents Day

 In order to make Parents' day special, Wittians of Grades I – V of Witty International School, Pawan Baug tried their best in being the creative champs of their beloved parents while making a token of affection for the KINGS and QUEENS in their life.

Our Little Wittians have been traversed quite the mountains with their most recent project.   The delight in their eyes was quite evident when the paper transformed into hand palms. It required fortitude as each cut was done with form and the steps were followed.  

We served as a guides, helping the Wittians through the difficult, arduous parts of completing their crafting with their palm cut outs to express their love for their parents on Parents' Day.

It was a glorious day of risk-taking and “adventure” for our little Wittians and hope you enjoy the visuals of our story!

Espellar

“Spelling is important because it aids in reading. It helps cement the connection that is shared between sounds and letters.”  

The most awaited Inter house competition - ‘ESPELLAR’ was held on 10th & 25th October, 2018. Primary Wittians of Witty International School, Pawan Baug participated with great enthusiasm and they duelled through the toughest words. This competition aimed to encourage students to explore the English language, help students to learn to spell quickly and accurately, provide an opportunity for students to meet and compete with their peers in an atmosphere of fun and friendship. The competition generated a great deal of excitement.

The students demonstrated a remarkable proficiency with above grade level spelling words. The audience supported their friends and positivity was abound. For the competition, 3 students from each class competed at their own grade level. The competition comprised of various rounds wherein students had to ‘Identify & Spell, Missing Letters, Rapid Fire and Puzzle, etc. Students were made aware about the rules at the beginning of the each round and they were rewarded points for their accurate answer.

All students were given a fair chance to qualify for the competition and the competition was well received by our Wittians by participating with great enthusiasm and zeal. The special audience round generated a lot of interest and received an over whelming response. The students participated whole heartedly. Their efforts and initiative was appreciated by one and all.

Dusshera Celebration

Dussehra is a Hindu festival that celebrates the victory of good over evil. The Significance of Dusshera was described to the students with the help of various performances by Wittians of Grades I-IV on 18^th October,

2018. The children were well engrossed throughout the event.

The entire celebration was conducted with great enthusiasm and energy with the help of teachers and participation of students in different performances. Children and teachers came dressed in colourful ethnic attire with great zeal and zest.
