Happiness as big as Ganeshji's appetite,

Life as long as his trunk,

Trouble as small as his mouse

And moments as sweet as his laddoos,

Ganesh Chaturthi is celebrated with great joy & enthusiasm all over India. People bring Ganesh Idols and worship them during Ganesh Chaturthi.

The little Wittians of Pre-Primary section of Witty World Goregaon East, celebrated “Ganesh Chaturthi” festival on Friday, 30^th August 2019.

The Ganesh Chaturthi celebration included activity sessions wherein, the little ones of Pre-primary were shown Ganpati Idols made of different materials like plaster of Paris and mud. and immersing to learn about the importance of eco-friendly Ganesh idols.

Overall, the spirit and the enthusiasm of the festival was lightened up with songs of Lord Ganesha. They also chanted "Ganpati Bappa Morya"!!!

Humpty Dumpty Rhyme Enactment by Nursery section at Witty World, Udaipur

                                                                 Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall,

Humpty Dumpty had a great fall,

All the kings’ horses and all the kings’ men,

Could not put Humpty Dumpty together again.

On Monday, 30^th August, 2019, children of Nursery section enjoyed enacting the rhyme “Humpty Dumpty”. Rhyme enactment is an emotive way of learning where children experience various emotions by dressing up as various characters of a rhyme.

Designated children came dressed as Humpty Dumpty, the King, a Horse and the King’s men respectively. Children enjoyed both enacting and reciting the rhyme. Making Humpty Dumpty mobiles, gave expression to the children’s creativity.

It was a day full of fun and learning!! Kudos to the parents whose creativity was also on display in the form of the child’s costume!!

Baby Visit to Nursery Section at Witty Kids, Pawan Baug (2019-20)

My next door neighbor, they had a baby, they had a baby 10 months old, he had a sweet smile,he had a cute smile, but his cry was loud and bold. Nursery children at Witty International School were in for a surprise on Thursday, 29th August 2019, they had a little baby visit their classroom!! The baby visitor was the center of all the attention. Children were fascinated to see the various baby care products on display. Teacher explained the developmental stages of a child. She also showed different things that a baby uses like baby powder, shampoo, wipes, oil. Teacher showed baby clothes, feeding bottle, bib, napkin which are totally different from adult products. It was an eventful visit, which was also an eye-opener to the children on how they themselves were taken care of by their parents. Teacher further shared the information that the baby cannot walk, cannot eat and cannot talk but they can only express their feelings by crying.It was a great experience for the children as well as the mother visitor, and we extend our gratitude to her.
