Dress Me Up.. by Jr. KG & Sr. KG Section 2021-22, Witty World, Goregaon East.

 Dress me up ! 

Witty firmly believes in giving equal importance to scholastic and co-scholastic activities to ensure all-around development of the child. The Wittians of Jr.KG & Sr.KG participated in a ‘Virtual Dress Me Up’ day. The theme for Jr.KG was birds and the theme for Sr.KG was insects. Children recited a rhyme or spoke  a few lines on theme of birds and insects.Little birdies and insects came in colour full theme based costumes and made the entire show enriching  they were excited to showcase themselves on the screen.

Poetry Recitation by Nursery Section 2021-22, Witty World Goregaon East

 Poetry Recitation 

Nothing can stop little Wittians from shining bright. The little Wittians of Nursery participated in a ‘Virtual Poetry recitation’ on the ‘Transport’ theme. Children showcased their talent by reciting a rhyme. It was indeed an outstanding and boosting performance by the children. Their confidence made the event even grander.

    

Diwali Celebration by All Section 2021-22 , Witty World , Goregaon East.

Diwali tyohaar deep ka,

Milkar deep jalayenge,

Sajaa Rangoli se aangan ko,

Sabka mann behelayenge!

Diwali is the most important religious festival celebrated and is commonly referred to as the Festival of Lights. It is a celebration of the victory of light over darkness and the triumph of good over evil. 
We at Witty celebrated Diwali the Festival of lights, on Friday, 30th October 2021 with lots of fun and excitement. Our little Wittians came dressed in beautiful traditional attire. 

Children of Nursery and Sr.KG children celebrated by decorating earthen diyas and Jr.KG children drew colourful diyas in their scrapbook. A festival can never end without sweets children became Master Chefs and participated in making yummy lip smacking Shrikhand. 

Our celebration ended with love and good wishes for each other.

Darpan - Hindi Diwas, Primary Section, IGCSE, WIS PB (2021- 22)

“हिंदीमेराईमानहै, हिंदीमेरीपहचानहै।

हिंदीहूँमैं, वतनभीमेराप्याराहिंदुस्तानहै।“

These words rightly express the love for Hindi language in our country. Hindi Diwas is officially observed on the 14^th of September across India.

Witty International School, PB, Primay Section celebrated Hindi Diwas on Saturday, 18^th September 2021 to propagate Hindi language and encourage students to feel proud in speaking this language. Witty believes that each student has some hidden talent which needs to be nurtured properly and must be given a platform to showcase their multi-dimensional talents. As a part of celebrating Hindi Diwas, various competitions were held across all the gradeswith much fanfare and enthusiasm. 

Wittians showcased outstanding performances in elocution, presented advertisement campaigns, narrated classic stories with a twist, participated in a fancy-dress competition and enacted as any character of Roald Dahl in Hindi.

The competitions were held with great gusto, wherein the enthusiastic students were appreciated for their hard work and participation.

Dussehra Celebration by Pre-Primary Section, Witty World, Goregaon East

 The word Navratri is derived from a Sanskrit word that translates ‘Nava’ as nine and ‘Ratri’ as night. Each day is dedicated to one of the nine avatars of goddess Durga.
Witty World celebrated Navratri on Thursday 14th October 2021. Wittians came dress in their colourful traditional attire. They enjoyed doing drawing Ravana in their scrap book. Children danced and played Garba along with teachers and their friends. It was a fun filled day indeed!
