Field Trip to Flower Nursery by Nursery Section at Witty World Bangur Nagar (2018-2019)

I am a Little Flower, Mom put me out,
If you take care of me, I will sprout,
When you water me ,I will grow,
Into a pretty Flower, don’t you know?

Field trips are valuable learning experience for kids, wherein they get an opportunity to encounter and explore things. So, to give our children hands on experience, tiny tots of Nursery section at Witty World,were taken to the flower Nursery, on Wednesday, 27th February 2019. They were excited to see different kinds of flowers, with different coloured leaves on it. It was amazing to see them identify and name the flowers they knew. They were very happy to experience nature so closely along with their friends and their teachers. They returned to school after enjoying a fantastic day out with friends in the garden.

Clown Day by Playgroup Section (2018-19), Witty World, Goregaon East.

A circus theme brings out the performer in everyone. On Tuesday, 26^th February, 2019 the little Wittian’s at Witty World (Goregaon East) Playgroup section celebrated “Clown Day”, as they were introduced to the concept of Clowns. Children came dressed as clowns with funny faces, colourful wigs, mismatched clothes and painted noses to school. Children were encouraged to do activities such as somersaults, dance on the music, crawl through the hoopla rings, pin the nose on the clown, laughed loudly like clowns and did an art activity of colouring the ‘Clown’ worksheet. The entire atmosphere in the class was vibrant & cheerful.

The spirit of friendly competition of our little Wittians from Witty World Pawan Baug and Goregaon East came alive on 24^th February 2019 at ‘Synergy’ – 17^th Annual Sports Day at WIS, Pawan Baug The children participated with all enthusiasm in a wide range of sports and fitness events. They cheered for their teammates and learnt valuable lessons in sportsmanship. All the events were healthy and a happy competition. It was also fun bonding of the parents with their child. Every cute little Wittian was a winner!!
