Earth
day Earth day, Comes once a year,
But
we should make our message clear.
Love
and clean our Earth each day,
Make
that plan to enjoy healthy stay.
World Earth Day was celebrated by
the students of Witty International School, Bhilwara. Students of Grade IV
presented a play to increase the
awareness among the students about the environment safety as well as to
demonstrate the environmental protection measures. Students gave a message
through their play that Our Earth is the only planet in the Universe where life
is possible till date. It is very necessary to maintain the natural assets of
the earth in order to continue the life on the earth. They gave the message
that in the rush of the crowd, the most intelligent creature of the God called
human is slowly losing its humanity and forgot to take care of the planet that
gave it life and started using its resources very ruthlessly.
The celebration was followed by a poem in
which students threw light on global issues as well as the prevention of our
Earth. They told that many of men’s actions, such as the invention of
automobiles, deforestation, setting up of industries, and improper disposal of
waste products had been aimed at his own good but affected the earth. Students
focused to follow 3 R’s that is recycle, reuse and reduce.
