When you feel like breaking down or crashing in,
Who do you turn to, to forgive your sin?
When you cried your lonely tears,
Who will be there to fight your fears?
And when it feels like no one would understand,
Who was there to hold your hand?
All the answers of above questions
were given by the students of grade IV-B during the celebration of Parents Day held at W.I.S,
Bhilwara. Students’ presentation on this
day was admirable. They made this day memorable and conveyed the message that
parents are the unsung heroes of every person that has ever done anything
great. Students started the celebration with the discussion about the
relationship between a child and a parent. They invited the teachers and asked
some questions to know the secret of this valuable and precious bonding such as
how can a child make his/her parents feel happy and why it is said that parents
are the first teacher of a child.
Teachers shared their views and told
that if a person is great, remember that greatness is not achieved in a vacuum.
There were people who sowed the seeds of greatness and they are our parents.
Further students sang a beautiful melodious song
to thank and acknowledge efforts
of the parents and teachers. Dedicating this single day of the year for the
parents provided the students an opportunity to their parents and teachers for
their love, care and efforts.
