Each year the International Day of Peace is observed around the
world on 21 September.The theme of this year’s commemoration is “Partnerships for
Peace – Dignity for All” which aims to highlight the importance of all segments
of society to work together to strive for peace.On this occasion Wittians created symbols from all our diverse
cultures and faiths and created them to hung on the Peace Tree.The Peace Tree is a very important symbol for our society as it
highlights the symbols of all our cultures and faiths on one tree and shares
the hope around the world living together in peace.Wittians celebrated the day with full zeal and created new
symbols and highlighted the beauty of “Unity in Diversity” which reflects
peace.
