Sada haste raho jaise hanste he phool
Duniya ke saare dukh or gam tumhe jaye bhul
Sab taraf failay khusiyo ke geet
Isi aasha ke saath aapko Mubarak ho Eid
A beautiful Friday ushered the Wittians as they celebrated Eid
with a lot of festive fervour by sharing sweets and hugging each other wishing
“Eid Mubarak!!”.
Eid al-Adha (Festival of Sacrifice) is an
important Islamic religious festival that is observed by Muslims world-wide.
This is one of the two Eid festivals that are celebrated by Muslims – the other
being Eid ul-Fitr that marks the end of Ramadan.
Students of WIS Bhilwara celebrated EID on Friday, September 09,2016 by keeping the
same spirit in heart. Through speech and poem students shared HOW and WHY to
celebrate Eid. Students of Grade VI to VIII presented a melodious Quavalli and
filled the atmosphere with the feeling of EID. Students of grade IV B presented a
beautiful skit revealing the real meaning behind EID which is sacrifice.
Eid is a time of worship, to participate in charitable
acts as an acknowledgement that all blessings come from Allah, and to
strengthen ties with family and friends.
