Wittians of G- VI to VIII celebrated the Van
Mahostav festival on 4th July, 2017 with great zeal and enthusiasm.
It is an annual tree- planting festival in India celebrated in the first week
of July.
The festival educated the awareness of trees
amongst the students and portrays the need of planting and tending of trees, as
trees are one of the best ways to prevent global warming and reduce pollution.
Wittians enjoyed planting the trees and were
informed about the importance of saving mother Earth.
