Valentine’s Day
Celebration
Valentine’s Day celebrated on 14th February in
honor of Saint Valentine is a time to celebrate love and friendship and the joy
of having other people in your life. It’s a day of flowers, candy and cards
decorated with hearts.
Students of grade 1 Witty World (Chikuwadi) marked this day
of love and friendship by celebrating Valentine’s Day in school. They came
dressed in red colour clothes. Teachers shared the importance of this day with
the students. Students made origami heart bouquet and expressed their feelings
by writing a message on the hearts for their loved ones.
