What better way to celebrate World Tourism Day than enjoying being a tourist yourself? Whether it’s around the world or within your own country, with your family or your classmates, you must choose your travel package wisely before you go, to make sure your trip is as sustainable and enjoyable as much as possible.
Keeping this in mind, on Thursday, September 27, 2018, a special activity was conducted for Wittians of Grades I and II, where a number of destinations were offered to students through arranging different windows like Make my trip, Yatra, Goibibo and Cleartrip.
Students were encouraged to closely examine their package for complete trip which includes fare, accommodation, meals, ground transport, tour guides, etc., in one all inclusive price. They were also motivated to come up with the research work on their chosen holiday destinations.
At last, the students learnt how merging of cultures help in removing barriers and making the world a unified whole.
