The Church is a religious place for Christians. Religious and Spiritual education in plural societies are emerging areas in the field of research on learning.
On 20th of December 2018 the little Wittians of Pre-Primary at Witty International School, Udaipur were taken for a field trip to church, to expose them to first hand experiences with people, places, or things. Children were told about Christmas celebrated and also were narrated Christmas story.
They saw the Cross, Jesus Christ, the Bible and the beautiful decorations made by the descipols to welcome the Christmas festival. It was a beautiful experience for the little ones.
Children had a wonderful day and believe that all religions are equal and we should love all forms of God. We should live in peace and harmony and respect each other’s faith and religion.
This field trip had the, effect of stimulating further study!
