Republic Day is
one of the most important national events for Indians. At Witty World Goregaon
East the little Wittian’s of pre-primary section celebrated Republic day on
Thursday, 25th January 2019. Teachers and the little ones came dressed up
beautifully in their tri – colour attire. The day started with Assembly which
included the National Anthem, Pledge and Patriotic songs. Teacher had an
informal conversation describing national symbolssuch as national flag,
national anthem, national emblem, national bird and national animal. Children
enjoyed doing various classroom activities in their respective classes. It was
indeed a patriotic celebration for the little ones.
