Science has always proved to be a blessing for the
mankind.
Education does not simply mean the
ability to read and write. It is a complete process that aims at the holistic
development of the children. This is only achievable with the pragmatic
approach to education which imparts learning by doing and experiencing things.
Exhibitions and seminars enhance the student’s knowledge and make learning a
fun experience where students learn new things easily and in a better way.
With
the key objective of bringing out the hidden talents of students and with a
spectacular focus on creating more awareness of science and technology, Witty
Kids Chikoowadi organised a Science Exhibition to commemorate National Science
Day. Innovative thoughts were translated into action, incorporating several
dimensions of practical applicability of Science. Various models, such as
volcanic mountain, waste segregation, water cycle, water treatment were aptly
prepared and displayed by the students. Students represented their model and
explained its uses and functions.
This
exhibition helped students to connect knowledge with real life situations. The
event provided a platform for the students to showcase their holistic skills,
promote their creativity and gain confidence.
