Among all relationships, friendship is the best one.
“There is something about childhood friends that you just can’t replace!” Making friends and learning to be good friends is hard work which does not happen quickly. The entire school section celebrated friends and friendship on Friday 2nd August with various Friendship Day activities across the grades.
Students of grade I made friendship sail boats with messages for their friends. Grade II and III Wittians presented their friends with friendship trophy made from disposable glasses and bowls.
Students of Grade IV – VI excitedly and creatively made beautiful bands with beads, ribbons, flower, smileys and hearts for their classmates to celebrate the International Friendship Day.
The purpose of this event was for students to understand the real meaning of friends which is to help others and share the difficulties and joys.
