Dressed up like a smiling clown
Jumping up and rolling down,
It Made them happy to be dressed as a clown.
It is said that laughter is the best medicine and it has been proven that people feel better after laughing. This is one reason clowns are important as an artist or performer who tries to make people laugh and becoming a clown isn't easy. The little buds of the Playgroup section celebrated ‘Clown day’ as they were introduced to the concept of Clowns on Friday, 27th September 2019 at Witty World Goregaon (East). Children came dressed as clowns with funny faces, colourful wigs, mismatched clothes and painted noses to school. Children were encouraged to do activities such as somersaults, dance on the music, and crawl through the hoopla rings, pin the nose on the clown, laughed loudly like clowns and did an art activity of colouring the ‘Clown’ worksheet. The entire atmosphere in the class was vibrant & cheerful. This was indeed a fun loving experience for them.
