An enthralling, eye opening and rejuvenating session for teachers was conducted by the renowned orator Mr. Surya Narain Bahadur, Executive Director, Confluence (Training & Development) from Ratna Sagar at Witty International School on 13th October, 2019 on the subject Culture of Accountability.
A laudable definition of education, facilitators, mentors was unveiled incorporating ample examples and fun filled activities engrossing the entire team. The sole objective of the session was to inculcate individual accountability accomplishing institutional goals, striving for success and fruitful results.
The session motivated the team members to believe that sustainable, lasting success and happiness originate in the respect for and service to others. The keynote speaker for the day encouraged to develop ownership culture to create desired results and Culture of Accountability vouches for a positive performance and belongingness.
