“It is only when humans go wrong the machines remind us how
powerful we are”.
In an attempt to revamp the education system at
a primary level, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has signed
partnerships with Microsoft India and IBM this September focusing on building
the curriculum for Artificial Intelligence for school children. As usual Witty
International School, Atun Road, Bhilwara impulsively grabbed the opportunity
to introduce our students of Grade 5 to 9 the concepts around this.
To make Artificial Intelligence a part of
school learning cycle Witty held a seminar and workshop on AI. The keynote speaker
Mr Nitesh Chouhan head and Assistant Professor – IT revealed to our students
theory behind creation of intelligent machines that work and react
like humans. The professor immaculately brought out the difference
between human and artificial Intelligence.
The hypothesis was well elaborated with some practical examples and
hands on experience by the students. Our
young brains were also updated on treats posed and repercussions by AI
Students dispersed to their classes with the adaptation
of machine based generation but also knowedging the worst thing which may
happen to humanity.
