is good for health
I like to make salad
and love to eat salad
to be healthy and strong!
Salads form a very
important part in our daily diet. To explain the same, the little ones of Playgroup
section had a cooking activity of making healthy salad on Tuesday, 3rd
December, 2019 at Witty World, Goregaon (East). The little chefs had brought
different chopped vegetables like tomatoes, boiled potatoes, cucumber and
boiled sprouts in their tiffin. They mixed all the ingredients in a bowl and
garnished it with coriander leaves which combined it to form a mouth-watering
delicacy that was a healthy salad. All the kids relished and enjoyed their bowl
of salad. Most of the children finished and asked for more, while others gave
it a try. Indeed it was a day filled with lots of learning.
