Happiness as big as Ganeshji's appetite,
Life as long as his trunk,
Trouble as small as his mouse
And moments as sweet as his laddoos.
Ganesh Chaturthi is an auspicious and a very important festival celebrated on the birthday of Lord Ganesha, the son of Lord Shiva and Parvati. Ganesha is widely worshipped as the God of wisdom, prosperity, good fortune, and traditionally invoked at the beginning of any new venture.
On Friday, 21st August, 2020, Witty World, Udaipur celebrated the festival of Ganesh Chaturthi virtually with lots of fun and fair. Children enjoyed watching the story of Lord Ganesha, drawing the simple, basic shapes of Ganesha, making ladoos and much more.
The class reverberated with the chants of Ganpati Bappa Morya!!!! Overall it was a day filled with fun and piety.
