Teacher’s Day Celebration
To
the world, they may just be someone who teaches in an institute, but for their
students they are shining stars. 🌟
Teachers' Day in India is celebrated on 5th
September to commemorate the birth anniversary of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan.
He was a renowned scholar, recipient of Bharat Ratna, first Vice- President and
second President of independent India.
Witty International School, Pawan Baug (ICSE) celebrated
this special day with utmost zeal. The celebrations took place on 4th and 5th
September. Sessions started with a melodious prayer followed by teachers sharing
information and the importance of student teacher relationship and positive
learning environment for everyone.
Grade 1 and 2 students took great effort in
making origami Tulip paper flowers for their teachers. The little Wittians
dedicated their paper Tulips to the teacher, this colourful outcome was the
highlight of the event.
Wittians of grade 3 - 8 indulged in some
phenomenal performances, such as innovative music, songs, speeches, humorous
quotes & poems, dance performances, and games to express their gratitude
and appreciate every teacher.
The efforts of the students left the teachers
emotional and proud.
