May the Goddess bless us
With precious gifts to mankind. Navratri is a nine-day grand celebration in India. During these days, devotees observe fasts and worship Goddess Durga. And on the tenth day, Dussehra is celebrated which signifies the victory of good over evil.
On October 23, 2020, Pre-primary section of Witty International School and Witty World, Udaipur celebrated Navratri virtually wherein children came beautifully dressed in their traditional attires. The teacher explained to the children about Navratri and also informed why Dussehra is celebrated after Navratri with the help of a small story. To give a creative touch to the festive environment, children of Sr.KG drew the picture of Ravana in their scrapbook. The positivity and energy exuberating out of the colorful costumes combined with the enthusiasm of dancing to the folk songs made the entire day extremely enjoyable and fun-filled. The students went back home thrilled to revel in the festive season. We wish all our students and their loved ones a very Happy and Prosperous Festive Season!
