Diwali is the festivals of lights. The illumination of night with people bursting crackers is a sight to behold. This festival serves to increase love among family, friends & relatives. On this day people worship Laxmi, the Hindu Goddess of Wealth.
Witty International School celebrated the festival of Diwali on 29th of October, 2010. The school wore a festive look. It was decorated with the traditional rangoli colours, flowers and diyas. Children came dressed in their traditional outfits. They enjoyed decorating diya & puja thali. A dance session was organised. Children were served with snacks and cold drinks. They had a great time and enjoyed themselves.
