Movies have the power to take students back in time, transport them to a distant planet, or inspire their imaginations but knowing about the working of the movie theatre is a great learning experience which is carried along throughout the life.
WIS, Pawan Baug organised an informative field trip to PVR Cinemas for the students of Grades I and II. Our Wittians observed keenly on getting an opportunity to explore, gain knowledge and that too with so much fun! Many of them were in high spirits as their curiosity was answered in order to know the functioning and managing of a movie behind the screens. They returned to school with lots of knowledge catering to how the hubs of entertainment - ‘Movie Theatres’ are managed. Supplemental materials were made available to help instructors connect the stage with classroom curriculum. Students enjoyed and asked many technical questions too.
