Yoga is way of living
a purposeful and fulfilling life.
Yoga is an emotional
integration and spiritual elevation with a touch of mystic element, which gives
us glimpse of something beyond all imagination. In a sense, the yoga definition
is a journey to self-discovery.Practicing yoga makes us aware of our thoughts,
body and emotions which leads to compassion and acceptance.
On 21 st June 2018,
Primary section at Witty Kids Chikoowadi celebrated International Yoga Day.
Students were given information on the benefits of Yoga and PPT on the same was
shown to reinforce the benefits of yoga in day to day life. The students also
had a wonderful session of yoga where they learnt various asanas and breathing
exercises that will help them to develop confidence, and concentrate better. It
was a day full of ‘Harmony and Peace’.
