On
Tuesday, 22nd October 2019 children of Nursery section at Witty World
celebrated “Nut Day”. Introduction of letter Nn was done in a unique experiential
manner by observing “Nut Day”. Class was pre – decorated with different types
of nuts to create an ambiance.
Children had brought different types of nuts in their snack boxes to make it even more of a sensorial experience.

Teachers involved children in a discussion about
the nuts they had in their tiffin box. Children took the initiative to develop
healthy eating habits!
It was
indeed a wonderfully nutty experience, not to mention a unique and novel
way of learning a letter!!!
