I’m a mama circle round like a pit
I’m baby triangle three sides have I
I am papa square my sides are four,
I’m cousin rectangle shaped like a door.
I am brother oval like a zero
I’m sister diamond with a sparkle and a glow.
We are the shapes that you all know,
Look for us wherever you go!
On 8th January, 2020 Little Nursery Wittians of
Witty World, Bangur Nagar celebrated “Shape Parade Day”. For this activity they
brought their favorite shaped toys, objects and placards from home and showed
it to their peers The Auditorium was decorated with different shape
flashcards. The teachers and the children then discussed about the shapes and
their sides. They tried to speak about the shape of the toys brought by them
and even answered the questions related to shapes asked by the teacher. They
shared their toys with their peers and enjoyed watching shape slides. It was
fun frolic day for them.
