Karate is an ancient martial
art built around self-defense that originates from Japan and China. Karate uses all parts
of the human body as a weapon such as the hand, fist, elbow, leg and
knee. It has become extremely popular worldwide, and has many variations.

He took our children on a journey
that helped them to understand the importance of physical fitness. Children
learnt different karate styles and moves such as stretching exercise,
face block, chest block, below belt level, face punch, chest punch, and many
other styles.
It was indeed a learning experience
for the little ones.
