Rhyme Enactment




Rub-a-dub-dub

Three men in a tub

And who do you think they be?

The butcher, the baker,

The candlestick maker,

Turn them out, knaves all three.

The little blossoming faces of Nursery class at Witty International School, Udaipur came beautifully dressed as butcher, baker and candlestick maker. The class was decorated with beautiful cutouts of Baker, Candles and Cup cakes.

The little ones very nicely enacted the Rhyme Rub-a-dub-dub

It was a fun frolic day for the toddlers of Nursery.

"The tyrant dies and his rule is over, the martyr dies and his rule begins".

Martyrs day in India is celebrated to pay homage to the victims who bought for the freedom, welfare and progress of the India and sacrificed their lives. On the same day Mahatma Gandhi (Bapu) was assassinated in the year 1948 before the sunset during the evening prayer. 
The students of Witty International School,Atun Road,Bhilwara celebrated "Martyrs Day" to pay homage to the freedom fighters on Tuesday, January 31,2018.
A special assembly was presented by students of Grade VI .Students of Grade VI delivered speeches in which they told the importance and significance of the day. They also presented a skit to memorize all the Indian martyrs and pay tribute to them. Students also gave the message of harmony, peace and brotherhood through a group song which they devoted to the great martyrs’ who sacrificed their life for the nation. Everyone in the school campus observed silence of 2 minutes to pay tribute to the father of the nation- Mahatma Gandhi.


Star Gazing Activity by Sr.KG and Grade 1 Section at Witty World, Chikoowadi (2017-2018)


Oh stars of the sky!
How do you shine up so bright?
Are there fairies,
Who flutter and fly all night?
To make me smile happy and bright.
Sr. KG and Grade 1 children of Witty World enjoyed an evening of 'Star Gazing' with their friends on Monday, January 22, 2018. As a complete deviation from their usual school routine, they came to school in the evening. Mr. Chintan Joshi, a certified star gazer, recommended by Nehru Planetarium gave the little ones hands on experience of star gazing using his professional telescope.

What better way of spending a lovely winter evening, than to spend it with friends, gazing at a starry sky!!!!

"Odyssey - English Literary Sparks" by Grade 1 at Witty World, Chikoowadi (2017-2018)


English may not be the most spoken language in the world, but it is the official language in a large number of countries. As India is a land of innumerable regional languages, English serves as a link-language here. It remains a major medium of instruction in schools too. 
On January 25th, 2018 Odyssey – English Literary Sparks was organized at Witty World Chikuwadi. The event aimed to enrich English writing and speaking skills for the students of Grade I. Students enthusiastically participated in competitions like ‘Page to Stage’ where they displayed their acting skills enacting different freedom fighters. Students confidently recited poems and sang patriotic songs in the competitions named ‘A Word’s Worth and Hymns of Glory’ respectively. Their writing and creative thinking skills were exhibited through the compulsory category ‘Start with Words’ a paragraph writing competition.

The event motivated the students to enhance their English language skills.

Star Gazing Activity by Sr Kg Section at Witty World, Bangur Nagar (2017-2018)


Twinkle  Twinkle little star
Way up high is where you are!
Shining there in all its glee
Through the telescope we can see
Twinkle Twinkle star so bright
Shine up there till morning light

The Senior. Kg children of Witty World (Bangur Nagar) had a treat in store for them on the Tuesday, 23rd January 2018. Evening school was organised for them where the little ones were excited to walk into school with their dads to enjoy an evening full of exciting activities and some fun star gazing. Mr. Chintan Joshi, a certified star gazer, recommended by Nehru Planetarium gave the little ones hands on experience of star gazing using his professional telescope. The children were excited to see the Moon, spot craters and learn directions. The Mini auditorium screened a short movie on the celestial bodies. The cherry on the cake was the lovely take away activity which they made to depict the fascinating concept of stars and stuck photographs of themselves with their daddy.

What better way of spending the evening than to spend an evening with daddies and friends gazing at a starry sky!!!!
