Show and Tell Activity

On Wednesday 28th February, 2018 Wittians of Jr.KG at Witty International School, Udaipur enjoyed Show and Tell Activity based on the theme ‘Birds’. They spoke few lines on Birds and tried describing their nests.

They brought nest made with twigs, dry grass etc. They learnt about birds and their habitat. They had fun making eggs with the cotton and placed it in the nest. It was an interactive and informative activity wherein kids learnt about birds and their names. 





Happy Holi- “The Victory of Good over Evil”


On Wednesday, 28th February 2018 little Wittians of Pre-Primary at Witty International School, Udaipur celebrated the festival of Holi.
Kids wished their fellow mates a very Happy Holi by putting a teeka on each other’s forehead.
They happily made colorful spots on the newspaper during their crumpled paper dabbing activity.
Enthusiastic Wittians beautifully portrayed the multi-colored holi scene in their scrapbook.

Pre-School enjoyed watching the story of Lord Prahlad in their smart class and went back home learning a great moral that God, the Almighty is the creator of all and is present everywhere.

Online Painting Competition Result

WIS, Udaipur feels elated to inform you that Dishi Kothari of Grade-VIII B and Yashi Kothari of Grade-VI B have won  prize in ‘National Online Art Competition ‘ held at Azamgarh based on the theme “ Ganesha”.

Dishi’s painting has been selected in Best-5 with a cash prize of Rs. 500 and Yashi Kothari  bagged Gold Medal in Budding Artist. 


Rhyme Enactment "Queen of Heart" by Nursery Section at Witty World, Chikoowadi (2017-2018)


Visualization is a good way of learning.  At Witty World we follow the rule and take a step ahead in imparting knowledge to our children because we believe that young children are active learners. They learn faster if the things are visually shown to them.
Children of Nursery section had their rhyme enactment day on the rhyme “The Queen of Hearts” on Monday, 26th February 2018. 
Little Wittians were dressed as Queen, King and Knave of hearts for the enactment. They enjoyed singing and enacting the rhyme.

Story Enactment


Stories play a vital role in the growth & development of the children. When a habit of listening to stories is inculcated in them, they learn to become better listeners.

The little blossoming faces of Sr.KG class at Witty International School, Udaipur highlighted the importance of the day, as they came dressed in beautiful attire for story enactment. They enjoyed enacting & narrating various stories like Thumbelina, Monkey & the Cap seller, Little Red Riding Hood etc.  With the help of props. They enjoyed being in the various characters & enthusiastically participated in the activity. Wittians had fun and enjoyed story enactment to the fullest. 





SPORTS DAY CELEBRATIONS – SYNERGY 2017-18


            Gold medals aren’t made of gold, they’re made of sweat, determination, and a hard-to-find alloy called guts.
            Witty International School celebrated The Sports Day – Synergy 2017-18 with great gusto, grandeur and enthusiasm from Playgroup to Grade II.
            The event commenced with the pious lighting of the lamp by the Chief Guests Mr. Dilip Singh Shaktawat, Mr. Shakil Ahmed; esteemed directors – Ms. Preeti Sogani, Mr. Deependra Sogani, Mr. Hemant Paliwal and Principal Ms. Shubha Govil.
            The chief guest inspected the majestic March Past and the Principal administered the solemn oath.
            The sports ground buzzed with great festivity & echoed with encouragement for the young athletes. Students of Playgroup to Grade II competed class wise in events including flat, relay and obstacle races.           
            The highlights of the evening were the Parent – Child race and the various Yoga postures emphasizing the significance of sports & yoga in our lives.
            The winners of the various races were felicitated by the chief guest for their indomitable spirit. Emerald House was awarded with trophy of the year for their exceptional performance.
            The evening came to a fruitful end with the meditative quotes by the Principal Ms Shubha Govil, who advocated that sportsmanship is only another name for honesty, integrity and loyalty. A good sportsman is thus an ideal citizen.

Teen Talk at Witty International School Pawan Baug (2017-18).



Teen Talk
‘Adolescent Health Care’ is the most important aspect of a teenager’s life. A well understood concept can leave a lasting impression on a child’s mind. To get a clear depiction, Witty International School at Pawan Baug, Malad (W) organised a session on ‘Teen Talk’. This session was conducted by Dr.Roopa Saraogi, Dr.Rajendra Saraogi, Dr Mukesh Gupta and Dr Monica Agarwal. The talk guided our students and cleared their misconceptions regarding body anatomy and natural growth process. Students of grades 6th – 9th attended the session. 

The students were divided into groups of two, wherein the girls sat separately and the boys were separate. Our guests dealt beautifully with the sensitive issues of puberty, adolescence and hormonal changes. The session was highly interactive and Wittians enthusiastically cleared their doubts. The session helped the students in getting a deep insight into their body structure and behaviour patterns. It was an engaging session and the end of session was kept for clarifying the doubts of the students.

The talk ended with our Principal Mr. Bijo Kurian thanking our guests for sparing their precious time and helping our students to gauge their understanding on ‘Adolescence and their Behaviour’.
