A Star Correspondent at Witty International School

A bejeweled student Rabiya Tisekar of Grade IGCSE-1A has created her place amongst the 30 talented students from other prestigious schools from all over Mumbai who have been selected to be the NIE Star Correspondent for the year 2014-15 after going through the gruelling tests sessions.  She has made us proud with her achievements. It’s a remarkable feat achieved by a student from Witty International School, Malad (W), Mumbai. We wish her all the best in all her future endeavours.

Black and White Day at WIS, Udaipur

Children of P.G came dressed in Black and White color. They enjoyed identifying Black and White objects and also enjoyed playing Black and White game with their peers.

Fruit Salad Making Activity, WIS, Bhilwara (Sr. KG) 20.02.2014

On 20.02.2014 Sr. KG celebrated fruit salad making activity. Students brought different fruits i.e. grapes, orange, apple, chikoo, banana, guavas from their home. They washed and cut the fruits & made salad. Students ate the fruits salad and were told about eating fruits is healthy. They enjoyed the activity.

World Day of Social Justice Observed at WIS, Bhilwara (20.02.2014)

Social justice is an underlying principle for peaceful and coexistence within and among nations. We uphold the principles of social justice when we promote gender equality or the rights of indigenous people and migrants.

This important day of social justice is observed well in morning assembly, students of Grade I B delivered speeches and recited poems to convey the clear message of the day.

Little Wittians visited Pet Shop at WIS, Udaipur

Little Wittians of Jr.Kg were taken to ANGEL PET SHOP for the Field Trip. They enjoyed watching different types of vibrant coloured birds and also heard their sounds. Children also saw aquariums having several fish. They were also shown how those animals are fed and kept clean and cared for!

Guest visit by a Veterinarian at WIS, Udaipur

Little Wittian of Jr.Kg had a Guest visit by a Veterinarian in the Witty campus. They enjoyed listening to the Vet about how to take care of pet animals at home. Children were told how the Vet or the Animal Doctor treats their pets when they are sick or injured. Children also saw various things used by the Vet such as dog comb, dog nail cutter; artificial bones etc. Children enjoyed asking questions and sharing their experiences with the Vet.
