Rhyme Enactment of Little Toddlers!!

“One two buckle my shoe,

Three four shut the door,

Five, six pick up the sticks,

Seven eight lay them straight,

Nine ten a big fat hen.”

Everyday Witty toddlers have a new learning experience in Witty International School, Udaipur. Children came beautifully dressed according to the theme of the rhyme. Toddlers narrated and enacted the rhyme. The class was adorned according to the theme of the rhyme which intensified the beauty of the rhyme. Children rejoiced the zeal and enthusiasm.

Little Wittians of Witty World enacted their favourite rhyme of the month “1, 2, Buckle my shoe” on 16th March, 2017. Recap of numbers was also done in a unique manner through this rhyme. Our presentation of nursery rhymes has enabled the children to interact in both large and small group activities while reciting and acting out the rhyme. Rhyme Enactment - "ONE,TWO BUCKLE MY SHOE" by Nursery Section at WIS, Malad (2016-2017)

Enacting rhymes has a positive influence on children. It helps in mental development and is great for learning. Keeping this in mind, the Rhyme of the month 'One, two, Buckle my shoe' was enacted in Nursery section, on Thursday, 16th March 2017. All the children participated in the enactment, some being numbers and other being the objects. They were really excited to recreate this familiar rhyme, and enjoyed the role play.

Picnic To Garden by Sr.KG Section, WIS Malad (2016-17)

Out in the garden each fine day, 

With my ball, I like to play; 

I bounce my ball, I bounce my ball, 

I bounce my ball on each fine day.

The Sr.KG section set off to the garden on Saturday, 25th February 2017. The garden was prolific with flora and fauna. Fresh fragrances from the fauna also wafted the way and they enjoyed identifying them. Kids played Hop- Scotch and the Queen of Sheeba games. The general instinct was carefree. Each one was trying to get heard on what he/ she liked the most in the park, and a repeated appeal to visit the place again.

Healthy Fruit Salad

Mangoes are yellow
Grapes are green
Apples are red
& Oranges are orange.
Little Wittians of Nursery of Witty International School Udaipur, learnt about different fruits, their color & characteristics. They learnt the importance of fruits in our daily life. They were also told about the healthy eating habits eg. how to wash the fruit, peel them etc.

Children enjoyed Holi festival at WIS, Bhilwara (10.03.17)

Holi, the festival of colours is one of the most popular, exciting and fun filled festival of the year. The children of PG to Sr KG celebrated this festival on Friday, March 10,2017.

Teachers told the student about the importance of this festival and played Holi with kids.

Kids recited rhymes, danced and enjoyed the programme thoroughly.

“Holi is a time to reach out with the colours of joy. It is the time to love and forgive. It is the time expresses the happiness of being loved and to be loved through colours.”

Holi, the festival of colours is one of the most famous Indian festival and it marks start of summer season. This boisterous festival of India, was celebrated with great enthusiasm at WIS, Bhilwara on March 10,2017. The event was a superb sharing of culture and fun. 

Students recited poems, sang melodious, enthusiastic group songs and performed an energetic dance on this occasion. At the end Ma’am Principal extended her wishes for Holi and guided everyone to use organic colours to play safe Holi.
