Navratri and dusshera celebrated at WIS, R.V.Vyas, Bhilwara (27.09.17)




Dussehra is celebrated in the victory of Lord Rama who defeated demon Ravana and rescued his abducted wife Goddess Sita. Devotees make huge effigies of Ravana in India and burn it symbolizing victory of good over evil.
Little Wittians celebrated Navratri and Dussehra festival on 27th September,2017.Teachers  explained to the children about importance of the festival and also informed that Navratri is widely celebrated in different parts of India.They witness effigy of Ravana and dance to the tunes of Garba.
As apart of the celebration children drew the picture of Ravana in their scrap book. Children had great fun and entertainment.

A workshop on Good Touch And Bad Touch held at WIS, Atun Road,Bhilwara (27.09.17)








Child Sex Abuse is a reality and children need to be taught some basic safety rules for their protection. With the objective of spreading awareness and educating children about child sexual abuse, a session by Dr Suman Trivedi, President Children Welfare Society and Mrs Chanchal Mishra, DYSP Mandal  on ‘Good Touch and Bad Touch’ was organised for the students of Grade II to VIII at Witty international School,Atun Road,Bhilwara on Wednesday, September 27,2017.
It was quiet an insightful session which will help the children to get a better understanding of the differences between a good touch and a bad touch.

They learnt non-threatening ways to talk about the unsafe touch with parents, teachers and older members of the family.

International Peace Day Celebrated at WIS, Atun Road, Bhilwara (Grade I,II and III)



International Day of Peace is celebrated on September 21 each year to recognize the efforts of those who have worked hard to end conflict and promote peace. The International Day of Peace is also a day of ceasefire – personal or political.

On the International Day of Peace, also known as Peace Day, people around the world take part in various activities and organize events centered on the theme “peace”. Students of Grade I, II and III celebrated International Peace Day with great enthusiasm.  First of all students watched a power point presentation on peace day. They also made a beautiful peace tree, written their thoughts on peace wall and did a peace march.

World Tourism Day Observed at WIS,Atun Road,Bhilwara (27.09.17)




Tourism is an important, even vital, source of income for many countries. Tourism brings in large amounts of income into a local economy in the form of payment for goods and services needed by tourists.


With the purpose to foster awareness among the international community of the importance of tourism and its social, cultural, political and economic value students of WIS,Atun Road, Grade I to VIII celebrated World Tourism day on Wednesday,September 27,2017. Students of Grade I to III came dressed up in costumes of different states, they spoke about their state and enjoyed snacks party. On the other hand students of Grade IV to VIII participated in collage making activity on the topic World Tourism Day.

India is called as a land of spiritual country. Every festival in India is celebrated in a unique way. Dusshera and Durgapuja have special effect all over India. These festival symbolize the triumph of good over evil.

Students celebrated this festive occasion with great zeal and zest. Students came dressed up in beautiful, colourful traditional dresses. They learned lot about Navratri and Dussehra festival from poems, speeches and songs. They rocked the floor with dandiya beats and garba rounds. Students energetically witnessed the burning of Ravan's effigy. They also burnt a chit in which they wrote their bad habits with the effigy of Ravana.


Little Toddlers Celebrated Navratri and Dusshera at Witty International School, Udaipur




On Wednesday 27th September 2017, Little Wittians of Pre-School at Witty International School, Udaipur celebrated the function of Navratri. Children from PG to Sr.KG came dressed in traditional attire and witnessed the special assembly conducted by Sr.KG class kids. They were explained about the importance of the festival and the reason behind the celebration of the same. Kids enjoyed dancing with their Dandiya sticks and also did Garba on Gujrati tracks. Kids were also told about Dusshera festival and enjoyed watching the slides of the same. The students went back thrilled to revel in the festival season at home too.

Wittians of Grade-I to V celebrated and enjoyed the auspicious festivals of Navratri and Vijyadashmi. The Program began with the traditional lamp lighting ceremony. Scholars of Grade-III A sang a melodious bhajan  to start the assembly, which continued with the rhythmatic dance performance on Garba songs. Students came donned as Ram, Sita,Lakshman and Hanumanji and presented beautiful Ramleela. The program continued with a message giving skit which showcased victory of good over evil. They also burnt a chit in which they wrote their bad habits with the effigy of Ravana. Head of the Institution, Mrs. Shubha Govil praised the efforts on the students and inspired them to move towards the path of humanity and kindness by conquering our eternal evils!!!







Popcorn Making Activity of Nursery Evening Section at Witty World, Chikoowadi (2017-18)


POP POP POP…. CRUNCH CRUNCH CRUNCH!!!




Our theme for the month being five senses, Witty World organized “Popcorn Day” for the little Wittians of Nursery class on Tuesday, 26 September 2017. Popcorn making stimulates all the 5 senses and the aromatic flavor of popcorn lingers everywhere. Since popcorn is edible, preschoolers not only got hand on experience about the five senses but they also enjoyed a yummy snack too!
