Diwali is the festival of lights which falls in the month of 'Ashwin' according to Hindu calendar. 'Deepawali' in Hindi means a row of diyas. Wittians of Witty World, Pawan Baug celebrated the festival of lights “DIWALI” on 23^rd October,2019 with their peers and teachers. It was a day filled with fun and enjoyment as they made beautiful diyas and also performed for the assembly. Wittians enjoyed singing and dancing on the melodious tunes. It was a bright and sparkling day!.

Diwali being the greatest festival it was celebrated with great pomp on Wednesday, 23^rd October 2019 at Witty World, Goregaon (East). The classrooms were well decorated with festoons and decorative flowers to give a festive look. The morning embarked with vibrancy and festivity on the occasion of Diwali. Teacher and children came beautifully dressed in traditional attire. Many activities were arranged to make this day memorable for the children. Teacher had an informal conversation about Diwali celebration and also explained the need and importance of eco-friendly and a safe Diwali. Thus, everyone went home carrying the message of love, peace and joy of the festival.
