Blue is a Primary colour. Blue colour depicts calm and cool. A natural colour from the blue of the sky and water, blue is a universal colour.
Blue colour was introduced in Playgroup section on Friday, 26th August 2011. The class was decorated with blue colour objects like kite, balloon, ball, clock, butterfly, etc.
On 'Blue Day' all the little Wittians and the teachers came dressed in blue. Teacher narrated the story of blue colour with the help of slides emphasising on the colour blue .
The activity was further enhanced with the help of a worksheet, in which they did balloon dabbing.
The day was basically celebrated to introduce them and help them learn the colour blue which they all enjoyed.
