Field Trip to National Institute of Information Technology
Witty International School students of
Grade - III were taken for a field trip to NIIT (National Institute of
Information Technology), Malad (W) on 7th August, 2012. Information Technology has
become an integral part of our life.
Computers help us during our academic phase and are used in so many
different ways in our daily lives. Keeping this objective in mind, the field
trip was arranged to provide a learning opportunity to the students for
building their knowledge base in I.T.
Students
were made to identify components of a PC system, such as LCD Monitor, Keyboard,
Mouse, Optical Drive, USB Port, UPS, Motherboard, etc. and explained their
importance.
Teachers thanked the staff and management
for their assistance and co-operation. It was an educative and informative
field trip.
